Step 1
Decide it is time for a new Church Directory.

Directories are traditionally updated every 5 years to ensure images, names, and contact information are still relevant to your church community. Is your directory doing everything it can to improve membership?

Contact Christmas City Studio.

Christmas City Studio employs the same expertise, and dedication to church directories as they have to school and family portraits for 25 years. Through our community connection program, each family participating will receive a complimentary directory and 1 8x10 and the church will receive professional candid photography.

Step 3
Schedule when and where Christmas City Studio will photograph your families.

Christmas City Studio offers on location (at church) and studio photography for families. Pick the dates for your on location shoot, or let the families choose when they'll visit our studio.

Step 4
Receive your images.

Each family will receive a complimentary directory and 8x10 portrait. The church will receive all images for the directory as well as any candid event images taken for ministry pages.

Step 5
Create your book.

Create your book with ease using online software. Layout your directory with user-friendly, option-rich software from School Annual publishing company. Login to School Annual's online software from church, the library, or your home, giving you the freedom to work on your directory when and where you want.
