faqs regarding retake days

If my school picture order didn't arrive in time for retake day, how can I view my child's image to determine if they should attend retake day?

​

  • If you placed an order online, we will send you a digital proof of your child's image to the email address from your order automatically before retake day. 

  • If you didn't place an order, or submitted some type of paper order, you will receive a paper proof through school to view your child's image.

Do I need to place a new order through retake day if I haven't received my original order before retake day?

​

  • No, we will fulfill your original order with your retake day image. 

​

If I receive my original package after retake day, do I still need to return it to Christmas City Studio? 

​

  • No, you may discard the original day package you receive.
