We’re excited to bring your memories to life. However, during this busy season, we also have a crucial responsibility to each of our schools. The ID cards, directories, and other materials we provide are essential to keeping campuses safe and secure. Accuracy is everything, and getting these details right takes time and careful attention. This means that during these extremely busy weeks, it may take a little longer for us to respond to inquiries, but please hang tight, we'll be addressing each customer inquiry with the same care and concern, in the order it was received. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time!

Here are a few answers to some common seasonal questions:

- All products, including Portrait Orders, Digital Images and Proof Cards, require 3 to 4 weeks of production time after picture day. 

​

- Digital Image delivery is not instant. Digital Image orders will be processed with print orders. 

​

- Ordering with your School Code expires at midnight on Picture Day.  If you missed prepaying you must wait for your Proof Card to place an order.  Proof Cards will be delivered to your school in 3 to 4 weeks.

- When placing a new order you must use the School Code or Session Passwords provided by Christmas City Studio.  Your own login/email will serve as a catalog of past orders, but will not allow a new order to be placed

- If you are a senior having difficulty scheduling your senior session or sales appointment online, please call the studio @ 610-691-2109
