Our Fall
Picture Program

Partnered with a dedicated Account Manager, your school will be guided through a seamless picture day experience from start to finish, including coordination for picture and retake days.

Each child receives a professional portrait opportunity!

Students and Parents will receive picture day materials, announcing the date we'll be coming to your campus and instructions on how to place an order.

Our prepay price list offers our best value packages and products, and is available to your campus weeks preceding picture day.
After Picture Day

Parents will receive their private gallery information approximately 3-4 weeks after picture day.

Anyone who did not place an order yet will receive a proof card, offering another opportunity to order.

Scheduling a retake day at your campus is available and common for most campuses, offering another opportunity for those who were absent on original day or are unhappy with their image from the original picture day.

There is no charge to attend retake day. If anyone misses retake day, anyone is welcome to make an appointment for a portrait retaken at our Bethlehem or Quakertown studio after retake day has passed.

Portrait orders will be fulfilled and delivered back to your campus for distribution to students. Direct shipping to home addresses is available with a fee.
