• ​Students and Parents will receive a paper flyer indicating where and how to order online for your school, including the date of picture day at your campus and login information.

• Our prepay price list includes our best value packages and products, and is available to your campus online in the weeks preceding picture day.

• After picture day, you will receive an email with your private gallery information approximately 3 weeks after picture day.

​

• Most campuses offer a retake day opportunity if you are absent on original day or are unhappy with your image from original day. 

​

• There is no charge to attend retake day. If you miss retake day, you may have your portrait retaken at our Bethlehem studio after retake day has passed. 

​

• Portrait orders will be fulfilled directly to your home after you order online.
