Rob Baker
President, CEO
I grew up watching my parents build Christmas City studio from an idea to a multi- generation family business that supports over 60 local families.
After Graduating Temple University in 2005, I joined Christmas City Studio full time. Over the next 10 years, I sat in every seat in the building learning the ins and outs of running a business.
In 2015 Matt Newman and I bought Christmas City from my parents, George and Meryl Baker. Since our purchase, of the business, we have grown significantly, and we're excited for the bright future.
I'm a lifelong Eagles fan. I love to fish, trips to Maine, and my 3 beautiful daughters.

Vice President
I began working at Christmas City studio part-time in Customer Service in the summer of 2005. I graduated from Penn State University in 2006 and joined the company Full Time in May 2006.
I spent 15 years developing our senior portrait and studio operations, and was the primary point of contact for our senior portrait contacts at High Schools. I obtained my masters Degree in Business Administration in 2015.
Now I primarily spend my days on process improvement, business development, and staff management in an effort to growth the business and take our operations to the next level.
I enjoy mountain biking, baseball, coaching, and spending time with my family.

Kelsey Dennick
Business Development and
Yearbook Manager
As the leader of our yearbook team, Kelsey works with our schools on every aspect of their yearbook project. From initial planning and contracts to sales and software training, cover and page design to final edits, production and delivery. Kelsey has worked at Christmas City Studio since 2003, spending time in print publication, graphic design, sales and marketing.
Stacey Fernandez
Account Manager
Stacey began her career at Christmas City Studio in 2004. She was a valuable photographer in our studio and at school picture days before she became our lead school Account Manager. Stacey takes great pride in her strong organizational skills, responsive communication, and thoughtful event coordination. Stacey is a Cowboys fan, and it's embarrassing for all of us.
Rachel Rivera
Account Manager
Rachel has been with Christmas City Studio since 2016. She began her tenure as a picture day photographer and studio photographer. Now she uses those skills and that experience as a customer account manager, coordinating smooth and productive school picture days at every level. Rachel is also a key member of our sales team, and does a tremendous job onboarding new schools and organizations into the Christmas City Family.
Stacey Bloshuk
Account Manager
Stacey has been with Christmas City Studio since 2018. Stacey started in our Customer Service Department and progressed to our Customer Service Manager. Additionally, she runs our Ultimates senior portrait program, which is an escalated senior portrait service where she is responsible for sales, event planning and overall growth of the program. Stacey has joined our account management team where is the lead contact for Senior Portrait account operations at our High Schools.
Kristin Caddoo
Director of Candid Photography Services
Kristin joined the company as a photographer in 2009. Like many other leaders in our company, Kristin now takes that front-line experience, combined with her leadership skills and organization skills, as our Director of Candid Photography Services. While Kristin facilitates event coverage for hundreds of schools throughout the year and prepares our photographic team to cover all of the events, you will still find her with a camera in her hands 1-2 days a week at events.
Isaiah Brabham
Director Manager of Company Culture & Brand Engagement
Isaiah ensures that our family-oriented image is made known throughout the company in all aspects. He manages how the company looks and feels; maintaining the company’s positive image and shedding light to all of the attributes we bring to the table. In collaboration with Erin and Mason, he cultivates the spirit of the Photography Department through leadership, recruiting, mentorship, and motivation. He began employment in June 2024 as a photographer, but has since been elevated to this role where he can spearhead the brand’s voice. A voice that spreads across all digital platforms, that mirrors the same warmth, professionalism, and pride seen in its people.
Mason Wieser
Photography Manager Operations
Mason started as a photographer with us in 2021. In collaboration with Erin and Isaiah, Mason serves as the operational backbone of the Photography Department — blending technical expertise, organization, field leadership, and accountability. Mason drives workflow, training, and equipment performance. Their combined efforts ensure consistent quality, dependable operations, and a strong, unified leadership presence in the field.
Erin Dougherty
Photography Manager Administrative
Erin has been with Christmas City Studio since 2021 beginning as a Customer Service Representative, then grew to a dedicated member of the photography department, helped as a Yearbook Coordinator, and now works in collaboration with Mason as the backbone of the Photography Department — blending technical expertise, organization, field leadership, and accountability. Erin drives organization, logistics, and personnel management. Their combined efforts ensure consistent quality, dependable operations, and a strong, unified leadership presence in the field.
