Pandemic Response Statement Revised April 29th, 2020
We hope you are well, and we truly appreciate your business.
February & March Orders - Orders placed in late February through March will be completed and produced in the order in which they were received. These orders are on a delayed production and distribution schedule, and may arrive 4-6 weeks after the original order date. We appreciate your patience and your trust.
April & May Orders - For any orders placed in April, or new Orders in late April or May, we anticipate an additional 1-2 weeks will be needed to complete your orders, given the information we have available at this time. The business you provide to us during this time is meaningful to our entire organization. As a courtesy, all orders will be shipped out to your home upon completion. Thank you again for your patience.
Update April 9th, 2020: For Senior Portrait orders placed March 1st or later, we will be providing you with the edited digital files from your order via email. If you placed an order for only physical prints, we will send you the digital files for those items first until we are allowed to reopen physical operations here. At that time, we will produce your prints and ship them out to you.
Please note, we are still processing orders in the order they were originally received. New orders, including for digital files only, will still have some lead-time for production and distribution given our production queue and the time it takes for our staff to edit your final images. We are excited and anxious to catch up and to deliver these precious memories to you. Thank you for your patience and for supporting a local business.
Update April 29th 2020: Our customer service team is monitoring emails and customer service inquiries from our contact form daily. We are also bringing our phones back online for an abridged customer service schedule, effective today.
